Thank you for supporting those who wish to become a member of the Soka Gakkai International-UK (SGI-UK) and/or receive the Gohonzon. Please complete this web form, so that we can prepare for this person becoming a member of SGI-UK and receiving their Gohonzon at the ceremony at Taplow Court on Sunday 3rd May 2026

Regarding 'Joint Membership and Gohonzon'

If you are supporting a couple who are receiving Joint Membership and Gohonzon, please write the details for one of the recipients and when it comes to the question which asks for 'Membership Type' you will be prompted to put in the name of the other recipient after selecting 'Joint Membership and Gohonzon'.

 

Paper Application Forms 

Please be aware that this web form is for registering the recipients ONLY. Local leaders will still need to visit the recipient(s) to sign the paper application form which will need to be brought on the day of the ceremony in order for the recipient to receive either Membership and Gohonzon, Membership Only, Gohonzon Only or Joint Membership and Gohonzon.

Members from SGI organisations oversees must be planning to live in UK for at least 1 year in order to receive the Gohonzon as part of this ceremony.
